Preventing such needless loss of life is not difficult or expensive. Our teams provide free prenatal care, childbirth education, and hygienic birth supplies to women who otherwise would not have access to healthcare.
Our Maternal Health Advocates (MHAs) provide support and empowerment to women in their communities, hold community groups on health and safety, accompany women to health visits, help plan a safe delivery and facilitate emergency services, and often become the only liaison their clients have to obtain available services and resources in the area.
